We are looking for..
An Architectural Designer who’s comfortable sitting with clients to flesh out their desires and dreams and take those designs into construction ready compliant drawings taking on the role of Production Drafter whilst adhering to deadlines. You will need to understand ArchiCAD to an expert level. You’ll come from either an Architectural firm or Residential Builder within the NSW and you will work on a range of new build residential projects throughout NSW from start to finish (From design, council to construction). Council codes, regulations, DA’s CC’s, CDC’s and legislation will be a daily part of your role therefore, knowledge within this space will be highly regarded. You will play a significant and integral part within this dynamic team who work hard and in turn play just as hard!
