We are looking for..
Someone who understands how to build a home from scratch and understands compliance, you’ll submit all required documentation for DA/CC and CDC lodgements and liaise with councils, certifiers, and developers. This opportunity will have as much or as little client interaction as you like – if you’re tired of speaking with clients and have the planning and permits knowledge this could be the role for you!
There is a lot of organising, delegating, communicating and ad hoc tasks that occur throughout every day. No two days are ever the same. Strong communication and someone who takes immediate action without delay will do very well this this role.
