The Company..
A national established and highly reputable home builder that has an insurance building arm attached to the business. The Position..
The role will oversee other field based supervisors / assessors and this role would be working within warranty and maintenance only not new builds. You will be there to support the supervisors to produce the highest quality work and deliver the best service to your customers. This will involve weekly meetings to go over all of their jobs and how they are tracking, some complex quoting, being the last wall of defence for any really difficult clients, reporting to national offices with all KPI’s and progress in NSW. You will be office based around 3 days out of 5 and 2 days approx. out in the field helping your staff better themselves.
We are looking for..
Someone with a very high knowledge of residential building and construction, there will be high volume of lower value jobs around $10K per job, however a lot of these can be difficult to price and your expertise will come into play here. Also your supervisors will need to be constantly educated and supported. You will ideally have some experience within insurance building and residential expertise in construction. Trade qualified background and positive attitude, great reporting skills and someone who is happy to help in any areas that they can.
